SKILL DEVELOPMENT
India is lagging behind due to various problems i.e., poverty, unemployment, illiteracy, medical infrastructure, etc. Skill development can mitigate poverty, utilize demographic dividend, socio-economic empowerment of underprivileged sectors that achieve economic growth, and reduce social challenges & economic inclusion.
In the present time, most of the Youth being educated but facing severe unemployment problems due to the lack of skills, guidance, and technical education. Most of the Youth are unaware of the developments and schemes provided by Govt. around 688 million Indian populations falling under the working age category, but most of them remain jobless due to lack of awareness of the right vocational training and job opportunities. The major necessity of the time is skill development to reduce the unemployment that generates a strong economy.
Our aim is-
- To expand the earning capability of the marginalized sections of society, thus bringing them into mainstream, by teaching vocational skills.
- To empower underprivileged students/ adults by providing sustainable livelihood leading to economic independence.
- To aware the youth about their skills and how they can develop it further with a little help.
